Unit project — Which districts are changing?

Time: 2 periods + homework. Groups of 3 with roles: data steward, analyst/driver, storyteller (rotate).

Problem

Pick an indicator (e.g. people abroad per 1,000, girls' share of enrolment) and find where it is highest and lowest.

Plan

Write the question; list the columns and tables; decide on a rate (not a count).

Data

Census-style district table + schools table (synthetic, or real after fetching).

Analysis

Three SQL queries including one GROUP BY and one JOIN; one chart or table.

Conclusion

Poster with claim, evidence, reasoning, one limit and data source.

Hand in

Notebook + one-page poster (the Grade 9 flagship).
