Grade 12 capstone kit

A capstone serves a client (ward office, health post, school, NGO, cooperative) with a real question. Use these files in order:

  1. client-brief.md — scope the question and the deliverables.
  2. data-agreement-template.md — what data may be used, stored, shared and deleted.
  3. Analysis notebook: ../unit-08-capstone-with-a-client/notebooks/capstone_template.ipynb.
  4. model-card-template.md — purpose, data, performance, limits, groups affected.
  5. rubric.md — marking guide.

Safety rules: students never receive personally identifying data about real people without the client's written agreement, a teacher's approval and guardian consent where students appear. Prefer aggregated or synthetic data. A signed agreement is not legal advice; ask the school or a lawyer about local requirements.
