  3. Consent. The client confirms people in the data were informed and agreed to this use, or the data are aggregated/anonymous.

  5. Access. Only the named students and teacher: ______ .
  6. Sharing. Public outputs contain only aggregated results with small counts suppressed (e.g. groups smaller than 10 are merged).
  7. Credit and licence. Student work is shared under CC BY 4.0 unless agreed otherwise; the client's data stay the client's.
  8. Deletion. Raw data are deleted by ______ and deletion is confirmed in writing.
  9. Problems. If a privacy problem is found, tell the client and teacher within 24 hours.
